Delivery

NS KING e-shop delivers only within Estonia. The NSKING.EE website displays the product range of NSKING/Rieker stores in Estonia and Latvia. Product availability in specific stores is shown when a shoe size is selected. If a store name does not appear next to a size, it indicates that the product is part of the NS KING Latvian product range.


Domestic Delivery Information

  • Free delivery to a parcel locker – for orders with a total cost of 59€ or more.
  • Domestic delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.
  • Deliveries within Estonia are made to Venipak, SmartPOSTI, DPD, and Omniva parcel lockers, and by Venipak courier to your home.
  • You can pick up the goods yourself from our NS KING/Rieker stores if the entire order is available at one store. A list of stores where you can pick up your order will be displayed in the shopping cart.
  • If the total cost of the order is below 59€, a delivery fee will be added to the price of the goods according to the transport method you select.

  • Parcel Locker Delivery:

    • Venipak parcel locker service – 2.99€
    • SmartPOSTI parcel locker service – 3.99€
    • Omniva parcel locker service – 3.99€
    • DPD parcel locker service – 3.99 €

    Courier Delivery:

    • Venipak courier service – 4.99€

    International Delivery Information

    It is not possible to order products from the NSKING.EE e-shop to locations outside the Republic of Estonia. If you wish to order a goods to Latvia or Lithuania, please place your order through our Latvian e-shop: nsking.lv or Lithuanian e-shop: nsking.lt.

    You can order NS KING/Rieker products from Latvia through NSKING.EE, but if the product is shipped from Latvia, the delivery time may be extended by up to 7 business days.



    When will I receive my order?

    If you have selected the delivery method "Pick up in store," we will notify you via SMS when your order is ready for pickup.

  • What is my tracking number?

    We will send you the tracking number along with the invoice by email as soon as your order is processed. If you place the order while logged into your account on the e-shop, you can view the order history and tracking code under the "My Account" section.
